How do I set up a group assessment?
  • Go to the EMPLOYER section and start the process.
  • Generate your company CODE by entering your email address and creating a PASSWORD, and keep both (the code and the password) in a safe place.
  • Learn about the process and encourage your team to complete the JeConcilie! questionnaire. Employees must enter your company code.
  • Once five (5) of your employees who are students have responded, generate your group report using your company code to obtain your organization’s work-study balance (CET) profile.
  • Access a directory of innovative management practices for employees pursuing studies. (French only)
  • Select actions tailored to your specific situation to implement and enhance the well-being, retention, and success of your employees pursuing studies.

Significantly improved factors: improved relationships, respect, and cooperation within teams.

In 60% of cases, the implemented practices positively impact the majority—if not all—of the staff!

How many participants are required?

The system requires a minimum of five (5) respondents to the JeConcilie questionnaire to ensure the confidentiality of the organization’s overall assessment. Once the minimum number of participants has been reached, the employer can use their CODE and PASSWORD to generate a group assessment based on the responses collected from the student staff within their organization.

Are the responses truly anonymous?

Responses to the JeConcilie questionnaire are anonymous. No personal information is required to complete the questionnaire or to receive your personalized assessment.

Personal Assessment: A personalized assessment is provided at the end of the questionnaire, offering insights and tailored advice. The respondent is the only person who can view it. All questions must be answered in order to receive your personalized assessment.

Organizational assessment: An anonymous report based on the responses of all working students who completed the questionnaire within the same organization is generated using a CODE provided to the manager who previously requested it in the Employers section.

This report helps identify areas for improvement in management practices to support work-study balance (CET). No personal information is shared; therefore, the employer cannot see the responses of respondents from their organization.

What results will you receive?

The group assessment report is a decision-making tool. Its purpose is to help managers analyze the needs of their student employees and implement realistic, phased actions tailored to their organizational context. The results are presented in aggregate and anonymous form.

What you’ll find:

an overview of the situation of your student staff;

a clear overview of the priority issues for your organization;

access to resources and a directory of innovative practices.

Why this assessment is useful

Supporting the work-study balance helps create a more stable, supportive, and conducive environment for educational success. When management practices take academic realities into account, young people who are both employed and enrolled in school are better equipped to maintain their dual commitments, preserve their work-life balance, and continue their educational journey.

Balancing work and school is a key driver of workplace quality, student retention, and talent retention. For managers, this translates into tangible benefits: greater team stability, lower turnover, higher engagement, and more predictable work organization. It also facilitates planning, staff retention, and the maintenance of a positive work environment.
